In November 2021, I joined Wise (previously known as Transferwise) to collaborate on their rebranding project as a Staff Brand Designer. The company was going through a strategic repositioning shifting from a send money service to an international digital account. 

We worked as one team with the branding agency Ragged Edge sharing concepts and stress testing on all kinds of media making sure that it would work systematically throughout all of the brand touchpoints.

I collaborated with product designers, creative/marketing team and engineers to roll out the rebrand on web and product on March 1st, 2023.  

After the rebrand launch we had huge response from Design industry press (Site of the day, Awwwards, Creative Review, Under Consideration, podcasts, print, etc). And we were thrilled to be awarded Best Brand 2023 by BrandNew.

We also saw incredible results:
Wise pre-tax profits rocketed to £194.3 million for the six months ending September 30, 2023, up from £51 million a year earlier.

Revenue jumped 25% to £498 million, driven by a 32% increase in active customers to 7.2 million.
Conversions have leapt 9.8% since the new branding launched. Whether it's ordering a card, sending money, activating details or converting currencies.

And people are using more of our products too: existing users and new customers recorded a 26% and 34% increase in multi-product adoption, respectively.
